What counts as an AI credit?+
One credit = one AI action your agent takes. For example: reading an ad comment and tagging it as positive, negative, or spam. Hiding or deleting a toxic comment. Classifying a lead's buying intent. Sending a DM or SMS reply to a prospect. Routing a qualified lead to your sales team. Every action your agent performs, across any channel, costs one credit.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every new paid account starts with a 7-day premium trial with full access and 500 starter credits. That's enough to protect your brand reputation, reduce ad fatigue, and drive extra conversions before you commit. We also offer an entirely separate free tier: 100 actions per month, one connected page, comment hiding, and stock replies. No AI-generated replies on the free plan. Upgrade to any paid tier to unlock agents.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Monthly credits expire 60 days after the billing cycle. Bonus and promotional credits never expire.
What happens if I go over?+
Overage is billed per credit at a volume-discounted rate. Starter $0.05, Growth $0.03, Scale $0.02. Enterprise is custom.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?+
Yes. Upgrades are prorated instantly; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your remaining credits carry over.
Which platforms do you connect to?+
Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, webchat, SMS (Twilio and aggregators), and email (SMTP/Gmail/Outlook). Custom integrations and API access on Scale and Enterprise.
